not good
| |
It is good band slays.
| |
bleurgh
| |
what the hell was that
| |
I feel like I’m the only fan of this band on the site lmao.
| |
Black Widow and Hell is Empty are some of my fav bm albums ever tbh and I love all their other stuff as well.
Idk I just love the chaos and the vox.
| |
Given how much this band has impressed me in the past this is a huge disappointment. The random dubstep drops are completely outdated and unnecessary, and the song just sounds like a generic deathcore song. Hopefully this isn't representative of the whole record.
| |
Not a fan of the track as well, sorry and I consider myself to be a fan of the band
| |
Different strokes ya know my friends.
| |
I've a huge decal logo of theirs on the rear window of my car
That track was terrible
| |
nah, it is so "stupid" and over the top that it becomes fun .
| |
the gunshots are so tacky
| |
These guys keep getting worse. Gawd.
| |
if i wanted death metal industrial i'd go listen to MORBID ANGEL.
| |
Awww come on this is nowhere near that level of bad lol.
| |
Insanus is at least stupid fun this is just stupid tbh ;-) At least this one didn't have those awful Ihsahn-ripoff clean vocals (right? Idk i think i turned it off halfway thru, pls tell me it had no godawful cleans).
| |
I've had "Total Fucking Necro" for many years and it's pretty good. I'm stunned listening to this though, wtf happened to them
| |
This is nowhere near as bad as Insanus, I'd say this is just generic whereas that album was an insult to my ears.
| |
The Whole of the Law was super heavy and so good. This seems like a step back towards the style of Desideratum, which is not a good thing.
| |
Eh it’s not bad
| |
this is fucking terrible
| |
"Getting the same album every two years is exhausting, especially considering how much each album is."
if they'd split up the styles and done a series of focused black/death/grind (respectively) albums I'd say that woulda allowed them to flesh out each and apply nuances to each, whereas here they went with just more industrial which dooooesn't work with their typical super angry hyperblast shtick.
| |
These guys could make the same album, every two weeks and it would be fine by me. Entire catalogue is brilliant. And then there's always some twat who will rag on them to be edgy.. whatever.
| |
Agreed.
| |
This shit is absolutely horrible
| |
As for the bands in my collection, the common denominator would be consistency. So when Anaal Nathrakh decides to release yet another album, I expect nothing less but their signature style. Ferocious, in your face, all over the place. In my book, that's a good thing.
I really don't mind when they toss in a little extra here and there, which they do, and I just love it when they do, but it's not the main reason why I decided to follow this band many years ago.
One may justifiably deem it as unlistenable garbage, on which I'd wholeheartedly agree, my point being it's the only unlistenable garbage I can stand (and actually enjoy) listening to.
The song reminds me of Desideratum. I fucking loved that album.
| |
sounds like the dmc soundtrack lol
| |
:/
| |
Also not digging this much at all. Last album I heard was Constellations though and I loved everything up to that point. I like the few moody points where the chugging goes away at least. Will check the album regardless. Have the past few albums sounded similar to this?
| |
Kinda, but Vanitas was really good. The Whole of the Law has some good songs but the extremity for extremity's sake got a bit tiring.
| |
Vanitas slays.
| |
This doesn't even really come across as extremity to me it just sounds lazily written and dull. I'll give Vanitas a listen though. This is so far from what I expected from them these days tbh.
| |
Here we go with Darius let’s not start this. I’ll have to bump every BTBAM thread.
| |
Nah.
| |
the band is good darius stfu
| |
this song is not though
| |
Band rules agreed. Hopefully this is just a weak representation of the album. From what I remember some of their singles have been weaker songs from albums in the past. Gonna go ahead and Jam Hell Is Empty and Coded Necro to remind myself of the band's mastery
