I like it.
| |
Pretty damn good. This album sounds like it’s gonna be real fun.
| |
Banger. I knew they wouldn’t disappoint us. Disarray has also grown on me but I still can’t get over the “plastic” sounding drum tone.
| |
Not bad.
| |
good, as always, if not a little forgettable
| |
Boring and could pass for songs they wrote last record
| |
Sounds dope. Big Architects vibe on this one.
| |
Yea this is a lot better than most of the songs on Drift, and Jesse sounds great on it. Color me surprised, I'm looking forward to to the album a little more now
| |
Too much cleans in this band now. I liked the way they used cleans in their earlier stuff
| |
I mean I'd rather hear Jesse than JT's monotone screams at this point, even if JT sounds a lot better on this track than he has on any other Erra track
| |
Overrated band.
| |
Pointless comment.
| |
It's a lot like Drift, I wish they tried to do an Augment like song with JT, but this song is still great and I'll probably enjoy the album
| |
They lost the guitarist responsible for the Augment sound, so that aint happening, sadly.
JT is so boring, I wish they had taken time to find a new vocalist that actually had range. Without Jesse around to change up the vocal delivery I don't think I would be able to sit through any of their new material.
| |
[2] to everything durrzo said, although Jesse wrote a lot of shit on Augment too
| |
For the love of God let JT do the cleans and stop ruining this band Jesse .
| |
[3] to the above
| |
I ran into Ian a while back at a show , really nice laid back guy . Did say it was really hard being in a band with Jesse though , said he was kinda a egomaniac and that he didn't really let anyone in the band have a say witch would make sense why he is the only original member left haha. I don't really care for this much I wish they would go back to augment kind of sound that record was great nothing since then has really caught my attention.
| |
Without Garrison or Alan we're never getting something like Augment again
| |
there is no critic of this at all? in the entire thread? is this shitty metalcore site now?
| |
Garrison was a beast. This song is pretty solid tho.
| |
Lmao soy boy trying to spread negativity fuck off
| |
Gonna assume this is cracker shit
| |
mad cracker shit
| |
Jesse and their drummer Alex are the only original members left. But yeah if you want that old ERRA sound listen to Alan's new band The Artificials.
| |
I will say, Augment fucking rips. For lifting weights, Garrison's speed and intensity get you in the fucking ZONE brother
| |
Really damn good.
| |
@Alias THE DRAG OF THIS CONTINGENT EVENT IS UNBEARABLE
God I miss Garrison
| |
Such a good lad
| |
Fuck me this is better than Disarray by a mile. Still missing the Augment sound so much though
| |
Without Garrison or Alan we're never getting something like Augment again [2]
| |
I've been thinking, some Erra remixes would be lit af. Like electronica with Cash's solos and shit
| |
Let's not on the electronic remixes
| |
As good as this is, it's pretty weak in comparison to earlier stuff
| |
hmm i like disarray more but not bad
production is no bueno tho like damn
| |
I don't know how anybody can prefer this watered down version of Erra, but at least you like it I guess
| |
Couldn't agree more with you Byrnes. I don't mind this sound too much, it isn't necessarily bad but it is no where near as good as anything they did with Garrison and Alan
| |
I think that's the first time somebody referred to me as Byrnes instead of Steak when shortening my name lol
| |
What’s wrong with the album art bloc?
| |
I started off with their earlier stuff and was unaware Garrison Lee wasn't vocalist anymore. FUQ. This song is good though.
| |
Garrison left after Augment
| |
Yeah. The EP with Ian was amazing too. That was the vocalist I liked the most.
| |
Ian was good, but he had no variation to his vocals
| |
That's really true. I just loved how thicc and brutal his growls were. He had that ignorant, meathead growl that got me hyped up.
| |
Hmm, this wasn't bad. Def an improvement over the last track and sounds like it has way more energy. Rhythm guitar is kinda quiet though, especially with the vocals on top.
| |
alb art rules butthead
| |
I can't get over how good Jesse sounds on this
| |
What even is the album art? Looks like an advertisement for some computer aided design software. Looks like they wanna keep the metalcore sound but put some synthwave album art and title, which just looks stupid.
| |
Jesse threw tie dye man into a pond and they said "Oh damn did you get that shot?"
| |
aren't all sumerian record cover arts similiar to this one? bright colors and splash?
song grows better than disarray, but is still pretty meh. the less cleans the better
| |
Yup, this is Erra playing it safe, doesn't hold a candle to stuff from Augment and back
| |
LMAO bro it's a splash screen for Corel Neon, all it's missing is a list of developer credits while it loads.
| |
