Sevendust Announce New Album

2018-02-28 by Robert Garland STAFF | 18 Comments
US heavy rockers Sevendust are set to release their 12th studio album, 'All I See Is War', on May 11 via a newly-inked deal with Rise Records. The new album was produced by Michael “Elvis” Baskette (Alter Bridge, Slash, Coldrain, Story Of The Year). 'All I See Is War' is the follow up to 2015’s 'Kill The Flaw', a record that brought the band their highest album sales chart position of their career and saw them nominated for 'Best Metal Performance' at the 2016 Grammy Awards.

Kill the Flaw is pretty awesome so I'm stoked for this. Hope it's not too political.

Love these guys first 2 albums but lost track of them after that. Agree with Toon though, the political driven stuff is tiring.

Woah, when did this band get signed to Rise?
Album's probably going to be terrible, when are they going to realize that the fringe of hyper-political people isn't really marketable anymore.

i don't care if they go political as long as it's not too cheesy and forced
hope this is good cause the last two albums ruled tbh

And another one of my favorite bands are releasing a new album this year. God damn 2018 is slaying it with good music! I don't mind the political lyrics. Sevendust are fucking amazing.

Sevendust is one of very few 1990s band being still relevant. So please let it not be another anti-Trump rant cause it's soo boring and sad. People freak out about this blondduche and completely ignore the previous one being even greater warmonger.

"Too bad they aren't driving you off a cliff"

A little uncalled for, but man... Toondude10 you just got destroyed.

Considering the state we are in as a world, there is a NEED for politically charged bands.

People acting like things weren't always shitty, smh.

Anyways, lots of respect for this band even if I don't like all their work. Kill The Flaw was great, so this hopefully should follow suit.

So you're point is because things were always shitty there is no room for politically focused music?

smh.
