pretty interesting change, their old sound had gotten fairly stale on free. hope there's some heavy stuff on the new record though, the vocalist has some really great screams.

Basically what Game said [2]
I dig the sound tho, if they mix this with their old heavy sound then the new album should be amazing

this sounds like peripheral vision: metal edition and I'm very okay with that tbh

>marks a drastic melodic departure from their previous work

i read that as ... it is less melodic now than their previous work

maybe i'm stupid

anyway, really nice song: surprised they went in this direction but it's working well for them

It's okay. I thought Free was them at their most consistent, but I understand them shifting their sound. I think they took their previous sound as far as they realistically could've. I'm just not feeling this though.

Free was super disappointing for me, especially after I really enjoyed Let Go and the two EP's.

Song is boring.

Never been very impressed with these guys, but this.

It's like Touche Amore made whoopie with Slowdive then this bastard kid was made. Video is pretty interesting too, very colorful.

Good stuff. Very reminiscent of Balance & Composure as someone else already astutely pointed out.
