Seven Headed Whore has some questionable gruff vocals during the verses but it's definitely the better of the two tracks. Has some get-up-and-go to it, which is more than I can say for most of PoB, and it has a pretty solid solo.

Raven Wing is whatever. Just Stu Block impersonating Matt Barlow for six minutes with some weightless balladry to back it up. Still not sure they're totally off of autopilot.

My thoughts more or less mirror Panzer. Seven Headed Whore is pretty fun while Raven Wing feels like Lukewarm Earth.

The verses of Seven sound a bit like Testament

I kinda like both, but they're still so far from what this band used to do.

Really seems like just a song to play live to get a pit going. It's okay but could have been so much better

first track is ok but not memorable, the second one is dull as fuck.

I still feel like Stu had a more unique presence in Into Eternity.

^ Well yeah, Schaffer's just got him doing imitations of previous vocalists. He's unarguably a talented, distinct singer but all of that personality's been drained out of him on these past couple projects. Reminds me of what Kamelot have been doing to Tommy Karevik.

He wouldn't make the songs any better. Their lowest rated album has Barlow on it.
