That solo though
Digging: Malfet - The Way To Avalon
Another one holy shit listening now.
Digging: Deus Mortem - Kosmocide
Fucking hell, these new songs are good
Digging: The National - I Am Easy to Find
Fucking hell, these new songs are good
God damn another great song. Album is gonna fucking slay hard.
It does ;)
Based on the 3 released songs, this is gonna be one hell of a comeback album.
I'll probably pick this up, sounds like it's going to be a monster of an album
Digging: Sukekiyo - INFINITUM
These three songs have been amazing, this album should be their best since Midian.
Digging: Flying Lotus - Flamagra
Talking about a strong comeback
Digging: Jordslaet - EP II
Yeah def sounds like it's gonna be the best since Midian.
About time CoF upped their game. New guitarists have brought some freshness to them.
CoF finally stop pretending and admit that they were a symphonic bm band all along. Now all they have to do is figure out how to be a good bm band and they'll be all set.
Digging: Imha Tarikat - Kara Ihlas
As good as these three new COF songs are (and I DO indeed like them), something tells me that the new album as a whole will in the end disappoint me. Let's hope that "something" is wrong.
Whatever, it can't be any better than the new Teethgrinder and Dodheimsgard.
Digging: Skaldic Curse - Devourer
Their first 4 full lengths are all classic bm albums idk how you people don't see that, especially if you're a fan of the genre anyways.
We all know I'm a fanboy though so idk. ;]
This is actually really sick I thought these guys would never return to form
Slight confession: Never heard a single thing from these guys. Stigma towards them kinda drew me away but for some reason I'm feeling inclined to give the new one a shot
This fucking rocks.
Digging: Pharoah Sanders - Karma
Dude Emester listen to Midian right now. Still an amazing album with a perfect mix of older and newer sounds, then go backwards from there and if you like what you hear then jam the recent stuff too.
old stuff >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> mainstream junk they pawn off now as records
Woah. This is awesome. I haven't heard anything by these guys in about 4 years.
Digging: Fetid - Steeping Corporeal Mess
Well yeah old stuff will always reign supreme, but newer stuff isn't anywhere as near as bad as a lot of people say.
Plus they seem to be gaining more and more respect with each new song they put out, a lot of that has to do with how hard the new guitarists rip and the fact that they're clearly bringing back the symphonic approach of earlier albums. Hammer of the Witches is gonna be great stuff.
They lost both their guitar players... what happened to Allender and McIlroy? Hard to imagine a band could keep their soul after losing both of their main songwriters. Unless their bassist does a lot too or?
Don't think I've ever seen this much positive feedback in a CoF news thread here on the sput :o
As long as Dani is around they'll be alright
Dani still rules to me. His vox here are pretty damn good if you ask me.
Can't listen right now, but if Hawks and Willie like it we should all be in for a treat!
There's no way that you won't dig this bro.
That was awesome, easily best music I've heard all day after my 10hr shift. Love everything about it, really hope this means at least one track has one of those long drawn out wails that Dani did so well on Cruelty.
Their last album was alright, there's a chance I'll like this one more.
Cradle of Filth are actually one of the best contemporary dark-wave bands in the world.
This actually rips wtf haha
Whole album rips Pleb. m/
These songs are the first songs I've heard by Cradle and they are great.
Go look at my ranked Cradle list I made a few days ago bro and just go in that order. At least jam 1-9.
I started jamming Midian before and it went hard.
damn this sounds pretty good compared to how crappy the last like 4 albums have been. always was a fan of a good cumback
