i actually enjoyed quite a few songs from the great stone war. a lot of it sounded like some straight lord of the rings shit combine with brocore.

I never saw them using that style of stage attire before, though. Even though it's probably only for music videos. The mask by itself, yeah, screams the samurai image. All the clothing and posturing is what makes it come off like a mix of samurai and Bane to me.

Yeah, pretty much referring to the Impaler video and how they presented themselves leading up to The Great Stone War. Stopped caring too much about this band after that album. Regardless, this sounds like a return to form. Really didn't think Decimate the Weak was too bad.
