Ashes of Ares, the new metal project of Matt Barlow (vocals, ex-Iced Earth), Van Williams (drums, ex-Nevermore) and Freddie Vidales (bass, ex-Iced Earth), are streaming their debut/eponymous album at Terrorizer.

Ashes of Ares will be officially released on September 9 through Nuclear Blast Records.

It's funny, but the band's logo is identical to the one used by the Australian industrial/death metal outfit The Amenta in n0n.

hm this is how the vocals sounded in metal before all the growls and screams... so..
im not too fond of that style either but the music is good enough
