New Front Line Assembly record 2013-05-06 by Raul Stanciu STAFF | 8 Comments | Industrial act Front Line Assembly are slated to release their upcoming album, Echogenetic sometime in July. The record will be purely electronic, with no guitars and the line-up consists of Bill Leeb, Jeremy Inkel, Jared Slingerland along with new members Craig Johnsen and Sasha Keevil.
Regarding Echogenetic, Jeremy Inkel mentioned: “Improvised Electronic Device” was the album I wanted to make as an industrial fan, but “Echogenetic” is the album I’ve been wanting to make as a producer/writer of modern electronic music. Very excited to see what people think of this. I’m excited, it’s been a while since I felt like this about a release."

The news isn't that fresh, but who cares, it's Front Line Assembly!
| | | guess it'll be cool to see them return to more electronic based stuff
| | | They're just not as good without Rhys Fulber. Still decent, though.
| | | They churn this shit out fast cuz it's terribly easy to make.
| | | Liked AirMech, not too sold on their other work as a whole; albums were boring but a few tracks were great.
| | | They have some strong releases, but all sound the same more or less, especially Leeb's voice. Still, Improvised Electronic Device was solid, so I have hopes for this one.
| | | Yes.
| | | Cool art. Looks like that Device album art sort of.
These guys have always been kind of bland though.
