Las Vegas rockers Panic! At The Disco have posted the video for their new single 'The Ballad of Mona Lisa' on Youtube.

The band's third album Vices and Virtues is scheduled for release on March 29.

does this band only have two members? all you ever see is the drummer and Urie. Okay song, i like how their bring back some of the 'fever' flair, but yeah i agree, Nine in the afternoon is better.

yeah i would say they were going for an actual different visual style than the first album. this video is more steampunk, the first album was circus-y.
