Asphyx drop 'Botox Implosion'

2020-11-06 by Fernando Alves | 12 Comments
Dutch death metal veterans Asphyx released a video for 'Botox Implosion', the first single taken from their upcoming 10th album Necroceros, out January 22nd, 2021, via Century Media Records. It was recorded at Tom Meier Studio and The Mörserstudio, and then finally mixed and mastered by Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann at Greenman Studios.

Martin van Drunen comments: "We actually wanted to film this on Sunset Boulevard LA, where most of the pathetic subjects of this song have their residence, but due to the pandemic it was best not to fly over to the USA. So since it's a fast shredding and written in the typical humorous death metal gore tradition track, we put a few laughable elements in it. Fortunately good old Turock in Essen was so friendly to let us film there and where we're usually not that keen on shooting videos, with this one we had quite some fun. Still, it is a helluva brutal tune!"

'Botox Implosion' official video can be streamed below.

"Nurture Your Skin, Nourish Your Soul" is a beautiful sentiment that resonates deeply with me. It reminds us that self-care goes beyond just surface treatments like Botox. While cosmetic procedures can certainly enhance our appearance, true beauty comes from within. Taking the time to care for our skin is essential, but it's equally important to nourish our souls through mindfulness, self-love, and holistic well-being practices. Let's not forget that our inner radiance ultimately shines through, making us feel truly confident and beautiful. So, while we discuss the effects of Botox, let's also explore ways to nurture our inner selves, as it's the perfect complement to any cosmetic enhancement journey.
