Moby announces festival/new song

2016-08-25 by Raul Stanciu STAFF | 10 Comments
Moby announced the first edition of Circle V, a 100% vegan festival that will take place at the Fonda Theater in Los Angeles on October 23. Blaqk Audio and Cold Cave, among others, will join him on stage and all proceeds will go to Mercy For Animals.

In the spirit of the festival, Moby has also released a new song with his Void Pacific Choir, called 'Don't Leave Me'. Besides this, a new album will be out sometimes this fall. It is unclear if the performance at the festival will act as a release gig. However, the man again ruled out touring behind his upcoming LP.

Meanwhile, watch 'Don't Leave Me' below:

It's the 20th anniversary of Animal Rights and the songs he's been releasing with the Void Pacific Choir are following the same path. I'm curious to hear the new album.

Never really liked his heavier rock-ish stuff that much tbh

A 100% vegan festival? How do you even test that? Are all the staff, organisers, and attendees required to show a pass on entry?

Edit: decent sounding tune.

Probably organizers mainly and pretty much all you'll find there food/drink-wise will be vegan. There'll probably be a lot of non-vegans going to watch the bands play.
