Q3 2014

Top 13 from the last few months, plus a couple that I still need to jam.
Dangerous Days

Dark, '80s themed cyberpunk dystopian synthwave. Read my review!
2Mick Jenkins
The Water[s]

his guy might just trump Chance and Chief Keef as the most interesting rising
Chicago MC. Check out my review for this one also.
Roads to the North

Yes, I know this is technically a Q2 release but I hadn't really jammed much until recently and
thought it merited an inclusion. Most polished Panopitcon work to date.
Dark Space III

They really upped the production quality on this one and it did wonders for their overall sound.
5Chris Letchford

Local on the 8s: Weather Channel jams.
6Blues Pills
Blues Pills

Callback to Joplin and Rosalie Collins. A great addition to Nuclear Blast records.
7United Nations
The Next Four Years

Solid album. Not much else to say of it.

Didn't think I was going to like this because i'm getting real tired of this particular
style thats been trendy lately. Can't deny the beauty of this girl's voice though and
the fact the honesty in the lyrics.
They Want My Soul
Digital Dream Sequence

If you liked Seperate Realities then you'll like this too.
11Death Grips
the powers that b - part I: niggas on the moon

Also a Q2 release but this has grown on me a bit since then. Fav tracks: Say Hey
Kid and Have a Sad Cum
12Wolves in the Throne Room

Ambient soundscapes from some of the best American Black Metallers in the game.
Still hoping they've gotten it out of their system so they can go back to that raw,
gritty bm sound we all adore.
13The Rosebuds
Sand + Silence
14Falls of Rauros
Believe In No Coming Shore

Need to hear this.

Everyone has rec'd this album to me so I figure eventually i'll spin this. Early
impressions have reminded me a bit of Summoning which is cool I suppose.
