Tried to come up with some prog and jazz/fusion essentials. If I've missed anything obvious pls rsay. NO PROG METAL on here see KILLs list for that. Ordering is not significant especially further rdown. One album per artist. Rough description and discog recs with each artist.

heavy prog rock - all essential up to power windows + counterparts + clockwork angels

symphonic prog gods, get all up to Drama
