You may not be large but that doesn't mean you're healthy. It might not have much effect now (seemingly) because you're young, but being inactive will eventually catch up to you. |

not being rude, but i'm betting you did it wrong, probably by jumping into shit too quickly. even going for a half
hour walk semi-regularly is way better than doing nothing at all. |
