Bands That Deserve Greater Recognition

Prepare to be spellbound by this musical journey! ;)
1Freak of Nature
Gathering of Freaks

Formed in 1992 by Mike Tramp (White Lion) as a side project, the band unfortunately produced only two full albums. Full of emotions, cool riffs and touching lyrics, the two albums turned out to be true masterpieces! In addition, the pristine production of Gathering of Freaks deserves an honorable mention.
2Population 1
Population 1

A side project of Nuno Bettencourt, no more needs to be said! Definitely worth checking out.
3DramaGods
Love

The band was formerly known as Population 1. Heavy and melodic at the same time, Nuno and his comrades-in-arms display amazing technical skills (as usual).
4Mourning Widows
Furnished Souls For Rent

Nuno strikes once again! Metal, rock and funk elements are perfectly blended to create an awesome and thrilling listening experience. Mindblowing!
5Infectious Grooves
Groove Family Cyco

A funk-metal-band led by Mike Muir. In the beginning it consisted of members from Suicidal Tendencies, Jane?s Addiction and Excel. Good songwriting and breathtaking musicianship guarantee for a tight and fun listening experience. This is where you can hear Rob Trujillo at his best! That?s what he?s truly capable of.
6Dizzy Mizz Lizzy
Dizzy Mizz Lizzy

An innovative rock band from Denmark. Anyone not completely enchanted and blown away by such amazing harmonies must be deaf or dead! A very inspiring listen.
