InfamousGrouse 01.22.13	my intention wasn't to put across the idea that i'm a metalcore expert, far from it. but that doesn't equate to having never heard slipknot or stone sour before, when neither of them are even applicable to the tag 'metalcore'. and you speak of 2 being an as i lay dying substitute, a band who, having listened to shadows are security and frail words collapse back in the day, i think are really average.

When i mentioned your ratings, I was saying that in retrospect, since you don't seem to be a fan of the genre, u might not like 1 or 2. I think we got ourselves a misunderstanding.
MegaJake1024 01.22.13	and yeah, I would say FWC is fairly average, SAS slightly above. Personally though, AOBU, TPR, and Awakened are some of my favorite albums. Phinehas is similar I'd say, but just cause u don't like AILD doesn't mean u won't like them I'd say. Wishing Well and Enkindler, for example, are probably my two favorite songs by Phinehas and I can't see AILD ever making a song like them.
