The Ataris Ranked

Due to the inevitable hate I'm gonna get for liking The Ataris I thought I'd just get this out of the way. I love The Ataris. Don't listen to them much these days but they were one of my favorite bands in High School. Haters can suck it.
1The Ataris
Blue Skies, Broken Hearts, Next Twelve Exits

My brother introduced me to this album and it's the first one I heard by them. This was MY break up record. Having just broken up with my gf its lyrics were just what I needed. San Dimas rules and The Last Song I'll Ever Write about a girl is fucking great too."Why do I never seem to learn that love is wrong and girls are fucking evil."
2The Ataris
End is Forever

Great Follow up to Blue Skies. Anybody who thinks they are boring or poppy go check out 'Teenage Riot'. (When the cops show up we'll tell them all to FUCK OFF.
3The Ataris
Anywhere But Here

First album they ever released and is defnitely the most "punk" album on here.
4The Ataris
So Long, Astoria

Despite the change in direction on this record to a more straight up pop-rock sound, this is still a great album. I recommend 'In This Diary' and 'Eight of Nine', which is about the band surviving a near fatal car crash.
5The Ataris
Welcome The Night

Another change of sound this time with mixed results. New Year's Day is a sick track.
