NCAA Football=disgusted

Talk about doing a complete 180. Earlier in the summer, the demise of Ohio State was something I was looking forward to. Everyone knew for years that something wasn't right up there, despite all of ESPN's blind support. Now, after revelling in glee over OSU's certain downfall, I'm faced with an even worse, more devastating fall from grace with my own team: The Miami Hurricanes. As someone who grew up in the harsh areas of Miami, I've always related to the attitude of the team, it's players, and it coaches. Now that UM has been found out, I feel disgusted. More than 73 players, past and present, accepted improprieties from Nevin Shapiro, including prostitutes, drugs, alcohol, and, ahem, 1 abortion. It's sad that a team who seemed to be on the brink of becoming a national power again is just going to be set back another 5-7 years. As the charges mount, my faith in Miami, as well as the NCAA, is beginning to fade. If you actually read all of this, let's begin a discussion.
