Recspecs Recs Of 2011 (Best Of)
This list is really in no order at all. It's been a good/fun/interesting 7-8 months here on Sputnik as a user, and hopefully many more to come. |
1 | | Frank Turner England Keep My Bones
sexy |
2 | | States Room To Run
The remnants of Copeland and Lydia come together to form one of the best indie-rock/pop records of the year. |
3 | | Eisley The Valley
I think it might be virtually impossible to hate this band. |
4 | | The Weeknd House Of Balloons
The sexiest release of the year. |
5 | | Laura Stevenson and the Cans Sit Resist |
6 | | Emery We Do What We Want
I thought this would be a letdown due to the fact Devin left, but I was suprised. |
7 | | Burial Street Halo
Would have been immensely better if longer, but still a great release. |
8 | | Crosses EP
One of the best EP's I heard all year. |
9 | | Florence and the Machine Ceremonials |
10 | | Silverstein Rescue
Only bested by Discovering The Waterfront. |

Their best work since "The Satanic Satanist". |

All credit goes to omnipanzer. |
19 | | Frank Ocean Nostalgia, Ultra |
20 | | Chelsea Wolfe ??????????
Thanks Wylie!! |
