Post-rock elements in (post)hardcore & vice versa

Who does it best? I know plenty who do mostly post hardcore/hardcore with some post-rock/post-metal sounding sections, but I feel like bands that do mostly post rock/metal with tinges of post hardcore are a bit harder to find. I get picky when it comes to spoken word renditions within this niche because sometimes the cadence and tones of the vocalist will drive me up a wall, but these are acceptable recommendations because when they're good, they're amazing.
1Underoath
Define the Great Line

The quintessential example of post-hardcore with post-rock elements in my eyes. Change my mind.
2Redshift Pilots
Moonlight Synthesis

A very new band, but they seem to have a great formula showcasing post-hardcore with progressive elements such as post-rock/metal sections and even some tasteful blackgaze sections. Very high on these guys.
3Pretend
Tapestry'd Life

Ladyfriend turned me onto these guys very recently. Love the light sounding mix of upbeat post-rock and math rock all mixed in.
4Being As An Ocean
Waiting For Morning To Come

I've been rambling about these guys for a bit now because of this album. They went full on 02 Underoath with this last release.
5Hundredth
Rare

Pisses me off that they try to label themselves as shoegaze with this release, but it's still good. Reminds me more of this emo grunge revival that seems to be taking flight.
6Defeater
Letters Home

Just an impeccable formula these guys have. They seem to dabble in a lot of different sounds without trying to emphasize anything. Really a god-tier band.
7Frameworks
Loom

Is this the same band? Old Chokes doesn't seem to come up.

Looks like Prey on Life, Origo, and The Mighty Burst aren't showing on Sput's database?
