Saw Black Flag

So I saw the new "black flag" headlining at ieperfest. I don't know why I actually expected it to be decent, but I take every positive thing I've said about the reunion back. Nobody moved, nobody sang along. Some guy got on stage to give Ron the finger. After 90 minutes of raping their legacy, they all left angrily. Except for Ginn, he just stood there, staring at the ground, while making noise in his guitar. List is highlights of the festival
1Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School...
White People and the Damage Done

You know, jello biafra? The vocalist of dead kennedys?
They absolutely killed it.
The dead kennedys covers made it even better
2Catharsis [US]
Passion

Angry anarchists.
They are back after a long hiatus and unlike black flag, they were amazing
3Mondo Generator
Cocaine Rodeo

Nick Oliveri(ex queens of the stone age)'s band.
They also played some of the QOTSA songs that nick wrote.
(tension head, quick and to the pointless)
4Xerxes
Our Home Is A Deathbed

On tour with The Tidal Sleep, both equally amazing
Give em some love
5The Tidal Sleep
The Tidal Sleep

like I said
6Oathbreaker
Eros|Anteros

Official release show for the new album!
The new songs sounded amazing live and I'm currently listening to the album
7TERVEET KADET
Aareton joulu

Best show I have ever witnessed.
Matches the intensity of Dropdead and Infest
8Integrity
Suicide Black Snake

great classic metalcore band, some of their albums are rated way too low on here
9Leftover Crack
Mediocre Generica

They played some Choking Victim songs too, what could go wrong?
10Circle Takes The Square
As the Roots Undo

intense intense
11Cro-Mags
Age of Quarrel

Another reunion, another good one too
(seriously, fuck you ginn)
12Napalm Death
Scum

These humble ol' chaps put on quite a jolly show
13Magrudergrind
Magrudergrind

14Reproach

Trashcore from belgium

15HORSE the Band
The Mechanical Hand

Pickpocketing every stage diver, talking shit about every band, everyone in the crowd and the whole festival itself
