16:8 is a good start and pretty achievable, you'll be surprised how quickly your body adapts. i nowadays only have a two hour window to eat, but i take it whenever during the day I need to rather than a set time. |

Mix together
1 can of asparagus spears
1 block Philly cream cheese
1 continental spring vegetable packet soup sachet
1 small sour cream carton (300 grams or so)
Microwave that mixture, pour into a hollowed out cob and bake it for around 20 minutes
3 mins before taking it out chuck the removed cob bread bits into the oven to crisp up
It's good shit, way better than a spinach cheese cob |
