I find it very hard to tell what really qualifies as Nu Metal. A lot of bands from the late 90s and early 00s had the label thrown on them and are seen as Nu Metal today. |

I have to be in a VERY angry and irritated mood to put the album so...it's definitely a highlight of the genre but not enough to listen to it frequently and make the cut in my list |

It would be insulting to put Deftones among these bands. I'll probably get chased by Chino in my dreams.
Used to love Korn but I prefer a different kind of teenage angst. Issues and untouchables are awesome. Korn 3 and untitled are also enjoyable but the community is going to kill me for that take. |

Because I can't stand Fred's lyrics in their significant other - chocolate starfish period and the one I REALLY like the lyrics is universally hated by the fans and listeners in general (results may vary). I was going to a bad time during my teenage years when I was suffering from bullying and down another day and drown still hits me hard to this day. |

I'm going to say I actually learned about bands that probably half of my country doesn't know. Crazy Town was HUGE in MTV back in early 00's yet I'm expecting no one in my country knowing them. |
