02.13.21 | Not even close for me. Duran Duran. There are only a few INXS songs I like. |

02.13.21 | Duran Duran were new romantic 80s synth pop trend setters. INXS were more stadium pop rockers. Both massive in the 80s but different kettles of fish.
Duran Duran are definitely the better of the two. |

02.13.21 | Of the two I've only heard Kick by INXS in full, which was a very pleasant surprise for me. Obviously I know Duran Duran's obvious hits, which are pretty cool. Might have to do a discog run for both now. |

02.13.21 | Duran Duran, absolutely no contest. I like INXS but they don't even come close to having as many classic songs as DD. |

02.13.21 | I like Duran Duran’s hits but never looked beyond that. Growing up in oz I was a big INXS fan in the 80s and early 90s. Saw them twice live. Kick the peak but the next 3 albums were still really solid. I had some rare compilation on CD called INXSIVE originally released in ‘82 but it was stolen along with my CD collection when my house was burgled in ‘91. My early metal collection gone too - Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax, Sepultura etc |

02.14.21 | John Taylor doesn't get much mention, but he was one of the best bass players of the '80s. |

02.14.21 | Duran Duran all day, but INXS has some great stuff too |

02.14.21 | Y'know what, I'll go to bat for INXS here, they were one of the very few acts worth a shit that was actually getting hits in the late 80s |

02.14.21 | Duran Duran of course. I love their Rio album, I also know other songs of them, the single version of The Reflex is awesome!
If it's pop music I still listen to it's early 80's (till 1984) british new wave & synthpop. |
Parallels
04.18.21 | Inxs all the fucking way. Duran has like 5 good songs while inxs has like 30 |

09.14.21 | Both bands have charismatic and sexy frontmen. Their best-selling albums, Rio and Kick, alongside respective greatest hits is all i need from both bands. Ordinary world and Everything are two later career gems. |
