As I was checking out, the guy selling me the record (at Static Age) told me they
played several shows in that very shop a few years back. Pretty awesome, but
bummed I missed it. Hence the reference to Asheville in "Spring, 2008, Detroit," I
guess.

They were in town for MOOG fest. Stephin is as grumpy in person as he seems in
the pictures.
