1Elliott Smith
Figure 8

Not my favorite album from him, but you can just never go wrong. "Everything Reminds Me Of Her" to "Everything Means Nothing To Me" just kills me.
2Bob Dylan
Another Side Of Bob Dylan

Saw him this past Friday night for the third time, only it was from the second row - dead center. Pretty surreal seeing such a legend up close like that. Sure he's lost a step in his live act, but at 70 the man is still going quite strong. Hit and miss live vocally, but he was just absolutely on this past Friday.
3Nick Drake
Five Leaves Left

Sometimes I'm torn between this and Pink Moon being better, but than just decide they're both stellar.
4Leonard Cohen
Live In London

Still cannot forgive myself for missing his last tour, so this helps me cope... kind of.
5Paul Simon
Still Crazy After All These Years

One of Paul Simon's masterpieces. The title track gives me chills every time.
6David Bowie

Came back to this album lately after a good long break from Bowie. Still impressive as ever.
Being There

Trying to keep myself patient for the new album in September. Can't wait.
8Bruce Springsteen
Darkness On The Edge Of Town

It's the Boss. That's all you need to know.
9Elvis Costello
Imperial Bedroom

One of the funnest discographies to go through. Been giving this and Trust a little more of my time and patience. All vintage Costello.
10Philip Glass
Solo Piano

Never cease to be amazed by this guy. Glassworks is still my favorite, but this is also climbing up the ranks.
