So my ship had a change of command (basically when the executive officer replaces the commanding officer) back in 2019 and we had a 4-day weekend because of that. So of course I decided to get piss-drunk to celebrate this... I got so drunk off Limon-flavored Bacardi (I think I drank a bottle and a half in only a few hours' time) that I unknowingly broke into somebody else’s room, knocked her onto the floor by running into her, and then proceeded to sleep on her couch. She had to call the police to drag me out of the room, and when they asked for my social security number I was so drunk that I was just mumbling gibberish. The best part is that I don’t remember any of this happening. The police were the ones who told me the entire story, lol
Surprisingly I didn't go to captain's mast that next week. They just filed it as an "alcohol-related incident" and then gave me a slap on the wrist |
