Margarette was busy cooking dinner. It was a normal day, just like any other. Her son, Anthony, and husband, Mark were out working on the farm. They owned a few acres of property and made a modest, but honest living. Margarette had just put the roast in the oven when the whole room started to shake. The giant light in the sky seemed to stop moving. The ground still trembling with its tremendous energy. Then a light shined on the families farm. More specifically, their house. The terrible energy grew stronger and stronger. You could hear every window in the house start to crack and shatter. Mark and Anthony reached the tractor and got on. Then Mark let out a surprised gasp. "Dad what's wrong, is the tractor stuck???" "No" said dad. "I left the keys on the counter" Right after he uttered those words The light in the sky unleashed a beam of energy unto the house, completely destroying it. | |
