03.08.10 | Lol, that's good, but A Perfect Circle aren't progressive, I could be wrong in that regard but I'm pretty sure I'm not. But that's a dangerous digression (too many arguments here start because some idiots can't decide whether a band is moshcore or deathcore).

03.08.10 | Yeah, progressive is a pretty loose term, but imo A Perfect Circle would fit in that category lol. I agree though, it's very hard to be sure which sub-genre bands fit into these days, and once you identify a band with a certain genre that a fanboy disagrees with, you get torn to pieces.
Fav tool song would have to be (and i know its sounds cliché) Vicarious. That song opened the door, as it was so accessible, to the rest of the bands material. Another favorite of mine though is Right in Two.
