Ovrot 10.20.11	I would take Demon's Souls/Dark Souls over an elder scrolls game any day of the. Don't get me wrong, I love the elder scrolls series but the souls series is so much more rewarding and has perfect atmosphere.

kingjulian 10.21.11	"Skyrim is going to rape it." From everything I've seen, Skyrim is definitely not my kind of game. I've played a few of the open world RPG's that are supposed to be really good (Mass Effect 2, Fallout 3, Assassin's Creed 2, though that's not very RPG-ish) and none of them have held my interest for very long. I'm way more of a Bioshock/Dead Space/Half Life 2 kind of guy, and of course Arkham Asylum/City, though Asylum is pretty obsolete now...

kingjulian 10.21.11	Sorry, I think I'm leaning more towards RPG's than open world games; you're right, Mass Effect 2 isn't open world. I guess my brain threw it in that category because it's such a "big" game. Anyway, that kind of game is just not my thing, and no, I'm not what you would call a "gamer." I'm really picky about games and the ones I do love I enjoy fairly casually.
