clumsydonkey
07.27.09 | Both the Brand New and At the Drive-In albums are amazing. Fugazi is ok. I've been meaning to check out Helmet. There is a lot of Tooth and Nail because I've worked with a lot of the artists. |

Titan50
07.27.09 | Generation Terrorists is a mix of glam and punk. I recommend The Holy Bible, which is basically dark and abrasive alt rock |
Boognish
07.27.09 | At the Drive In are ok, Fugazi are great. ATDI's music is indebted to Fugazi. |
foreverendeared
07.27.09 | don't forget Quicksand - Slip, it's the best album recommended so far that isn't popular on here already |

07.27.09 | I'm hoping/guessing you'll like these:
Death Cab For Cutie - Transatlanticism
The Mars Volta - De-Loused in the Comatorium
A very big :( for rating Truthless Heroes higher than Drawing Black Lines and Appeal to Reason the highest. |
clumsydonkey
07.27.09 | Truthless Heroes is a personal favorite of mine because it was my first "heavy" album and it helped me realize some things for my life. Musically, Drawing Black Lines is a better album, but Truthless Heroes just strikes a certain chord. As for Rise Against, I love too many single songs on older RA albums but Appeal to Reason just seems to have the perfect album flow to it |
CradleofMILF
07.27.09 | Every time I see Haste the Day I think of Gwen Stacy. I find them very similar so you can try them out. I don't got anymore for now. |
Zizzer
07.28.09 | Good list! Especially 7.
Someone said Chevelle which I agree with (Vena Sera is my fav). I would also try some Rise Against if you don't listen to them already.
And Muse |
Zizzer
07.28.09 | I just looked at your ratings and realized you already listen to Chevelle and Rise Against.
So I say still say Muse and since you seem too like Christian music, metal, and Christian metal, try Extol. |
