05.12.11 | I'd make a really disturbing movie where a guy who survives some kind of disaster (plane or boat accident) is stranded on an island alone. He'll find shelter in a cave, and suddenly his body will begin doing strange things. He will learn he has a rare parasite that is destroying him slowly. The movie would follow him as he deals with the excruciating pain and slowly begins to lose his mind. I'd get Emile Hirsch to play the part. | omnipanzer
