There are a weirdly large amount of bands I know about that are due to release new material rrrrrrrrthis year. Most of them I assumed would get their stuff out in 2013, but didn't make it. rrrrSome rrrof these are highly anticipated, whereas others are more obscure. Mostly black rmetal. rrrRec me rrrany other cool stuff you know about!
Can't wait for 12, there's also a few Summoning-esque bands surfacing too. Post/sludge should pick up again too. I'll find some recs for you, currently got a 128 woods of desolation waiting for a better promo but add it to your list. : )

I only have rumors to go by on Arizmenda. I think I read something on the comments of some lastfm page somewhere about it, but I'm not even sure anymore.
And yes, Twilight is coming out with a new record. 'Beneath the Trident's Tomb' is supposed to be out early this year, and it includes Thurston Moore. The new Woman is the Earth is due out soon, too, and I'm really excited for that one.
