I Wish I Wish I Was A Fish...

I love Ed, Edd & Eddy haha. So yeah, my first digs list ^_^ don't be too harsh.
1Misery Signals
Controller

Can you give me a reason not to love this album? Mr. Townsend gave this album a much more epic feel than Mirrors, just like Of Malice. I hope they go back to Devin for their next record.
2Protest The Hero
Fortress

I actually found this on Sputnik one of the first few times I came on the site and read one of the reviews. I then downloaded it and liked it so much I bought it. =D
3 Thy Art is Murder
Infinite Death

Good god is this band generic xD. The lyrics try to be brutal, but just end up misogynistic... but who doesn't love some really catchy, but bad and hateful music once in a while?
4Every Bridge Burned
Aun Aprendo

Maybe this band is really generic too and brings nothing new to the table, but man they are interesting. Vocals are really awesome and the keyboards add a great atmosphere.
5The Human Abstract
Nocturne

A local band here called By Burden of Blood introduced me during a show we played with them, and I really like the sound. I can see why they are BBOBs main influence.
6Eternal Lord
Blessed Be This Nightmare

I have to tell you, I am a sucker for melodic bands considering they are main influences for my band. This album was not at all lacking in the melody department, and still managed to be super heavy. Ed Butcher greatly improved his voice from his time with I Killed the Prom Queen.
7From a Second Story Window
Delenda

I was turned off by them after I heard their newer release, but I heard the song Mourning for Morning and went out and bought it immediately.
8Architects
Hollow Crown

After I saw that Misery Signals was touring with them I was curious how they sounded, so I listened to the song Follow the Water. Now the album has about 20+ plays on my ipod. This album is kind of hard to get in to at first, but after a few listens it pulls you in.
9My Bitter End
The Renovation

Again, I am a sucker for melody. This band does just that and has some really sick vocals and drums to go along with it.
10Still Remains
Of Love and Lunacy

Be it the atmospheric keyboards, or the unusual breakdowns, something really pulls me into this band. The chorus parts are really fun to practice my clean singing to, and the screams have a melodic death metal feel to them. IF LOVE WAS BORN TO DIE! Sorry.. lol, but that is mah favorite part of the album.
