When i listened to these albums for the first time it was a real shock for me. Some of them are revolutionary (morphine, primus) some of them are classic songwriter's stuff at the highest level (dylan, morrison), one of them it's the most surprising album of a true genius (waits), one of them i took a month to understand completely (phish), two of them belong to two really similar people (drake, smith), one's of the best american songwriter in years (matthew ryan) and one's totally crazy (fahey)
