Here's to all of you who've broadened my taste through the years, I had friendly discussions with, and put up with those exhausting discography reviews back when I was still writing them. You know who you are ;)
"Little did I know I would stick around that long. Or write all those reviews. But here we are."
Eloquently put, also this is my Sputnik story summed up perfectly ;-D
Here's to another 10 years Nag!
Just so you know Voivod, I didn't care too much about Negatron and Phobos at first, but your reviews made me try them again and I'm glad I did ;)
Yeah, those reviews kept me going through their Discog too. And it was worth it. Congrats btw
Is that a combination of Naglfar and Ragnarok?
Featured! Thanks for writing all those reviews, I ended up reading many of them over the years as I was getting into more classic/prog rock. Great list too, a lot of my favorite bands on it.
This is a Nag list if I ever saw one alright. Congrats buddy.
Your Sabbath reviews are what helped me get through their discog, much love < 3
Congrats Nag. One of the guys whose reviews inspired me to start writing.
'Is that a combination of Naglfar and Ragnarok?'
Just an anagram of Ragnarok.
'Featured! Thanks for writing all those reviews, I ended up reading many of them over the years as I was getting into more classic/prog rock. Great list too, a lot of my favorite bands on it.'
Glad to hear it, thanks a lot man.
10 years is crazy, happy Sputnikversary!
100 is a classic
in all honesty, this might be the most refreshing list i've seen on this site
you've given a lot to this site Nags, and for that, thank you
Congratulations & thank you for your contributions.
It’s always nice to see you around Nagrarok. Nice list
Hey Supernag! Lots of wins as a 10th track...Kudos to put on that impressive list. Like number 52 says, ten years gone. You arrived one month and a week before me, and you are the best sputmate I ever met. It's a privilege for me to know you and to share the love for music and different aspects of our lives.
Thanks for you have been my colleague in Progject during 4 years, helping me to do quality reviews. And bravo for all your personal reviews and discography reviews totaling 219...You've been the second more prolific user for so long, at the time that information showed up in our profile. Hope to see you around again, my friend. Stay as you are p/
Was my 10th this year too, congrats bro. m/
Happy birthday dad
Literally what are you even talking about
omg nag lives, nice!
Thank you for the kind words everyone.
Jethro, I didn't actually notice that while making the list, makes it even more fitting haha. It has absolutely been my pleasure as well, not only for your great insights into prog and introducing me to some great artists. You've always been one of the nicest and coolest users on this site, keep it up ;)
A late congrats Hawks, sorry to have missed the party.
Yes, I'm still around! You guys sometimes seem to think I've quit but somehow, over the years, less of my life came to revolve around sputnik =p
Cheers Nag, bro.
I could enumerate numerous bands of my interest on here...First and foremost 13 that contains some killer songs even if there are couple of filler popish songs. Try particularly the title track (!!!) and ''Missing''...''Long Goodbyes'' as well, as you've heard it in your Camel show.''West Berlin'' is a bit pop but it's good as well. There are so many great albums here I couldn't enumerate them all... Especially for prog, art rock, glam, psychedelic and alternative/grunge. I'll keep that list with me for future investigation. I need to check out some heavy stuff among others.
Also, guess what list I've revisited yesterday night; Your profile (and mine) made and corrected for me by TheAnalyzer. So good memory :)
Yeah, Stationary Traveller is not bad at all for an 80's (pop-)prog album. You do need to check out the heavy stuff mate. It's very good for you, should be part of any healthy musical diet ;)
Oh, I completely forgot about those, they're still perfectly hilarious haha.
--Just so you know Voivod, I didn't care too much about Negatron and Phobos at first, but your reviews made me try them again and I'm glad I did ;)--
Glad you liked both albums Nag, let's see what the French-Canadians have in store for us this year!
I didn't know they had a new album coming out this year, new Voivod is great news. Thanks for mentioning it, because of it I just discovered they're touring pretty close to home as well later this year :)
