Favorite Female Fronted Bands

Saw a list I really disagreed with and decided to make my own. I know some of these bands aren't on Sputnik but they definitely should be! My top 10 in order are:
1Yeah Yeah Yeah's

Karen O is amazing! While I prefer the old stuff their new EP, Is Is, gives hope to a promising future.
2Arch Enemy

Angela Gossow is the epitomy af a female metal vocalist and I've loved everything from Wages of Sin to Rise of the Tyrant.
3Light this City

Laura Nichol is a female version of Trevor Strnad.
4Red Knife Lottery

A cross between Yeah Yeah Yeah's and The Blood Brothers. They only have an EP out but it's amazing. It's got a real indie rock feel with a bit of screaming.
5Despised Icon

Their first full length album titled Consumed By Your Poison had a female lead vocalist with a totally insane growl. The majority of the lyrics are in French and the backup vocals are some pretty awesome pig squeals.
6Bloodlined Calligraphy

Loved Ally French! The new singer is alright but they just lost their spunk.
7Fall River

They have made one CD and broke up...too bad. This is gritty, southern, almost bluesy hardcore with a mean female vocalist.

Mediocre band, great vocals at times. I like the old stuff where she rapped alot.
9The Cranberries

Unique voice. Some good music, some bad.
10Walls of Jericho

Solid voice. Their music isn't my favorite but her voice fits nicely.
