these are MY favourite vocalists of all time. These guys' vocals always impresses and make vocals a vital part of their band. | | 1 | Chris Cornell
Chris's vocals are just plain f***n amazing. He can reach high and low without any strain. His best work was on the "Temple Of The Dog". | | 2 | Freddy Mercury
In all of the Queen albums Mercury's vocals are perfect. He can adapt his vocals perfectly to the rockier songs or he can calm it down and sound heavenly on the calmer tracks. | | 3 | Serj Tankian
Serj's vocals are very unique. He might sound like a goat at times but the things he does with his voice in various SOAD albums is very different and impressive. | | 4 | David Gilmour
The first time i heard Gilmour on DSOTM it sounded as if they were meant to be. They just perfectly match the psychedelic and mystical feel of the album and his voice adds that much more depth into the songs. | | 5 | Kurt Cobain
Cobain's vocals were scratchy and at times dirty but it just sounded perfect. Grunge was all about the personal angst and anger and Cobain's captured all those emotions just in his voice. RIP | |
