|Q1 In Hardcore|
Some hardcore albums/EPs/Demos from this year that I've been
diggin so far.
|1||Until Your Heart Stops|
Probably not my AOTY, but have been spinnin' this for awhile now.
Darker, heavier, pissed off... why wouldn't I like it?
Blind To What Is Right
Kind of a letdown when compared to NLCSM, but album still ruelz.
Empty Days and Sleepless Nights
Gettin' a little more hate then it should. Have been jammin' this almost
everyday since it leaked.
|7||End of a Year|
The Sorrowful And Immaculate Heart Of Emanuela...
Post-hardcore, but I'm really startin' to dig these guys more.
Now or Never
Really rough around the edges, but keep an eye out on these guys.
Punk/Indie, but probably one of the more honest sounding releases of the
The US band, not fti's UK band. Still, a pretty talented bunch of young kids
that could make something happen in the future.
Sludgy sludgy EP from an extremely dirty hardcore band. Sounds like
Burning Love and a little bit of Rise and Fall.
Poetry of the Wretched
Russian screamo band that blew me away on first listen.
Solicit to Fall
|14|| ||The Ratz|
Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes
Obvs not hardcore, but I always find myself listening to this on repeat all
|18||Wolves & Thieves|
|19||Young and In The Way|
I Am Not What I Am
|20|| ||Agnostic Front|
My Life My Way
Not amazing in any word, but probably the best album they've put out in
Songs About Drinking
Again, nothing amazing, but another honest and heartfelt release in the
vein of Paint It Black, Lifetime, Kid Dynamite, all those cool guys.
|22||Cinder and Smoke|
Nice Effort, Guys
nice effort, guys.
This just dropped and it's steadily rising on my playcount. Got a Pat
(vocalist) from End of a Year and some of the dudes from punk band

|^you get a cookie|
|End of a Year had an official name change and are known now as End of a Year Self Defense Family. I've |
been too lazy to update the database if it's even possible to change a band name but in case anyone
missed out on that I'll say it here. But yeah, they're fucking great.
Edit: 23 is good as well. It's neat to see different applications of Pat's voice.
|I'm here for the porn.|
|Pizza, ya I heard about that but think it's too ludicrious to take seriously.|
|ya I think my rating is gonna jump to a 4 on 15|
|listen to Some Mistakes.|
|I like you , Gen .|
|mmmm would kill for some good wings right now.|
can't get jack shit as far as quality wings go in pennsylvania.
|Thanks for making my life easier.|
I've been digging through a lot of 90's Christian and Bremen metalcore.
^I envy you, good sir.
|"Pizza, ya I heard about that but think it's too ludicrious to take seriously."|
Yeah, it's definitely odd but it makes sense. They've wanted to change their name for a while but when you work with a dozen record labels a year like they do then a name change is certainly a difficult thing to pull off. The long name is an attempt to eventually ease into just "Self Defense Family."
"If you were a chicken wing, whcih sauce would you want to be drenched in?"
I like my sauce like I like my women, zesty Asian.
|buffalo sauce duh.|
if you much know specifically, duff's medium-hot sauce, 3651 Sheridan Drive. Buffalo, NY 14226
|1, 11, 19, and 23 on repeat|
ordered 1 on wax the other day
