12.03.13 | Nice list Greg. 47 is my favourite on here. Still need to check out 11. |
greg84
12.03.13 | Thanks, Jamie. Compiling this was a little exhausting. |
AliW1993
12.03.13 | Great list man, not surprised in the slightest to see FotL at #1.
Good to see Laura Mvula, John Grant, Melt Yourself Down and Gregory Porter getting a shout. |

12.03.13 | nice to see 4 so high, great record |
osmark86
12.03.13 | Flat Earth Society and Gregory Porter. Nice man! |
RadicalEd
12.03.13 | 2,3,5 may end up in my top 10 as well. Pretty good list. |
jackboblamont
12.03.13 | 10's so damn good! |
greg84
12.03.13 | Gregory Porter is really underrated/unheard around these parts.
@AliW:
It wasn't easy this year to pick out my no.1 even though FotL really seems like an obvious choice for me. I guess either of the top4 LPs could easily be my no.1 pick. These records are sort of equal to me. |
osmark86
12.03.13 | yeah, I really dug Be Good. didn't know he'd released a new album, so I'm glad you pointed that out. |
greg84
12.03.13 | I'm not familiar with Be Good in its entirey, but his new one is really solid. |
osmark86
12.03.13 | will defo check it out |
fromrows
12.03.13 | I agree completely on number 1:) |
greg84
12.03.13 | Yeah. I'm such FotL's fanboy. I'm surprised they aren't on everyone's lists this year. |
osmark86
12.03.13 | yeah they rule. mclusky too. way too little love for those bands on here. |
fromrows
12.03.13 | Greg84 and Osmark86 so true! I cant believe than Andy is still so relatively unknown despite having been in two awesome bands in a row! I saw FOTL in London last month at the Heaven gig and it was absolutely mindblowing, definitely the best gig I have seen this year!
And yeah, Mcluskys discography still destroys every rock band out there:) |

12.03.13 | How's 33 compared to their other stuff? Had no idea that was out |
greg84
12.03.13 | It's rad. A mesh-up of their own art rock style and hard rock influences.
Yeah. I haven't listened to a lot of hip hop this year. Danny Brown's Old is cool, though. I don't know why I missed it. |
Gnocchi
12.03.13 | Sup Greg, respectable list : ]

12.03.13 | 3 is def best song on the album, also good to see 51 |
greg84
12.03.13 | 51 is surprisingly good. 15 is also a nice Polish touch, I think. Phenomenal album... for everyone who's into nu-jazz/folk... and weird stuff. |
Jethro42
12.03.13 | 16 also rules |
greg84
12.03.13 | Ah yeah... these flute parts, man. |

insomniac15
12.04.13 | great list. how come there's no Saquatch? I agree I Appear Missing is the best track on QOTSA's record. |
osmark86
12.04.13 | thought you'd have O'Brother on this list. seemed like you dug it from the review. either way that album left me in a pretty meh state of mind personally. |
greg84
12.04.13 | What's DT?
Ah yeah. Sasquatch somehow didn't manage to get in. So many great albums this year. |
SitarHero
12.04.13 | Dream Theater. |
greg84
12.04.13 | I haven't even heard their new one tbh. I'm not a huge fan. |
SitarHero
12.04.13 | Ah nevermind then. It's good though. Better than the last 2. And what about Ghost? |
greg84
12.04.13 | I like this album. Still, it didn't have enough staying power for me to make the cut. |
DominionMM1
12.04.13 | surprised asg isn't here |
greg84
12.04.13 | It's another one that was really close. If it was only stoner-related list, it'd be there. |

12.04.13 | Great list greg, dug quite a few of these. Didn't expect to see 42 here, consider me positively surprised there. |
greg84
12.04.13 | Yeah. It's a great comeback indeed. The last track is especially amazing. |
