Based off of early chatter, this continues Paradise Lost's mid-2000s-on heavy resurgence--which, by my count, is up to five albums by now. That's more than a lot of bands' entire careers, and especially once you consider that this is their 14th(!) overall, well, that's pretty goddanged remarkable. | |

06.12.15 | @Doofus: I agree to a certain extent. I even got a kick out of the whole War on Drugs "feud" for a while, of which I'm still honestly not sure how much was genuine. And that itself is sort of twisted testament to Kozelek's creative candor.
