Try some new stuff
Im wanting to try out some new bands, and im wanting to know if the albums that ive listed are good virgin albums for someone wanting to get into these bands. FEEDBACK will be appreciated.
Rio Grande Blood
I have never heard much from Ministry, instead of Jesus Built My Hodrod, which is great.
I've always been a sucker for ska, and i've never ever heard these dudes. Good start?
I heard that these guys are somewhat similar to Rise Against.
At The BBC
I like that way the Pixies sound, i just never knew where to start.
The Oncoming Storm
The Oncoming Storm is the only album from Unearth displayed on Sputnik. I didnt know if it was there only album or what. I just hear good things about Unearth. Good Start?
You Fail Me
I also hear good things about Converge. And im a fan a metalcore.
Impossibility Of Reason
I actually have Chimaira's S/T album, and its killer. But where should I go after that, instead of waiting for a new album to come out? If they dont split.
I probably have not heard more than 3 songs from God Forbid. Good Start?
Everything Goes Numb is the better Manifesto, in my opinion.
Get "Doolittle" by Pixies before anything else.
Try Jane Doe first from Converge, Everything Goes numb for Streetlight, either that or get the catch 22 version
Checkout Psalm 69 from Ministry, I just wrote a review on it!
BTW, I still haven't heard Rio Grande Blood...
Errr, listen to You Fail Me before Jane Doe.
This guy hasn't been on the site in over 5 years guys
Ministry, Mind is a Terrible thing to Taste Psalm 69 or Land of Rape and Honey
Pixies, Surfer Rosa or Doolitle
