Surprised I haven't really seen a thread for gymgoers or fitness-heads here yet, as I know there are at least a few other people on this side of the fence. Comment with your style of fitness (weightlifter, bodybuilder, runner, powerlifter, swimmer, cross-fitter, etc. etc.) and any personal metrics/goals/whatever-else and I will add them to the list. Also use the thread to talk about general fitness topics and any gym-fitness-health related discussions.
