| 8ma Metal Mondays
So here at West Point, we do what's called 8 Minute Abs every night. It's basically a non-stop smoke session that involves flutter kicks, V-ups, Russian Twists, leg raises, etc., and I'm in charge of organizing the music. Tonight is Metal Monday, and I'm leaving the soundtrack of our smoke session to the pagan, Nordic youths of the Sputnik community. Here's a few examples of what we've done in the past:
