Layla by Derek And The Dominos (Eric Clapton's band). Arguably the most memorable guitar lick in rock history, and un-arguably one of the longest (and best) outros of any song ever.
Like A Hurricane by Neil Young
and for the longest song in my library: Mountain Jam, by The Allman Brothers. The Live at Fillmore East version is over half an hour long!
