My All Time Favourite List

Only as of August 2008! I do have an open mind for the future... Ha ha.

I still haven't found a fault, or have gotten sick of howling 'It's soooo goood too seeeeeeee' at the top of my voice. Flawless and unforgettable.

Heartfelt and emotional, but also uplifting and warming. Make sure you get the Jap Import with 'The Haunting' on it.

Introduced me to a world of music outside of 80's metal and radio trash. Thanks Bellamy and co.

I have always been a 'chair man. Don't go so much on Powderfinger, and I find Silverchair's middle-aged stuff better than the Fingers'

Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count

Perfect teen angst album. "Mirror, Mirrroorrr." Take THAT world! Also, the unbelievable drumming and pitch of vocals. What the hell happened to these guys...
Start Something

From the summer road-trip to the air guitar, I didn't put this album down for a year. The title track and 'We Still Kill the Old Way' were the best. Also a band that has gone off the rails.
7The Mars Volta
De-Loused in the Comatorium

An album of incredible brilliance. Technical and inspirational, as well as terrifying and tiring.
8Dance Gavin Dance
Downtown Battle Mountain

This is how to post-hardcore.
9Last Winter
Under the Silver of Machines

For me, a mixture of Muse's space rock early tendencies, mixed with the polish of Anberlin and the vocals of... Well I can't really compare them.

Volcanoless in Canada

Intense fun with acoustic technicality and epileptic ryhtyms.
The General Electric

Pure, unadulterated Aussie/Kiwi rock. Throw your guitar at the roadie, grow your hair, government's suck etc. Awesome stuff.
12Rise Against
Revolutions Per Minute

These guys are the measure-stick for Punk/Rock music and justifiably so.
13 Panic At The Disco
A Fever You Can't Sweat Out

Where did this come from!? Was such a fun hit for the year before it hit radio in Aus.
14The Living End
Modern ARTillery

Not one weak song.
United Paper People

Awesome first album to match their impressive demo work. Also alot of fun live.
