My Favourite Every Time I Die Songs
A few things up front. First, I don't think they have released anything bad, aside from maybe The Burial Plot Bidding War, but it also has it's moments. Second, the riffs and lyrics are always good, which is why I don't feel the need to point them out every time. Also, I limited myself to ten cause it would get to long otherwise and I tried to challege myself. Tell me your favourites down below. |
10 | | Every Time I Die Hot Damn!
Floater
Probably the first song I’ve ever heard from them and still one of my favourites, even though the band has done better since. |
9 | | Every Time I Die The Big Dirty
No Son of Mine
One in a long line of great openers. No quite my favourite but close to the top. As always great vocals/lyrics and tasty riffs. |
8 | | Every Time I Die Low Teens
Map Change
Keith described this song as hopeless and honestly you can feel it. It doesn’t stop it from being one of the bands most popular songs. It surprises me that it hasn’t gotten more mainstream attention. Maybe it’s to depressing. Some things said in this song are just soul crushing. |
7 | | Every Time I Die From Parts Unknown
Idiot
Keith’s multiple second long scream is just bliss. |
6 | | Every Time I Die New Junk Aesthetic
Host Disorder
It’s reoccurring vocal melody I just can’t get out of my head. |
5 | | Every Time I Die Radical
A Colossal Wreck
The breakdown paired with the line about baptism is just so fucking cool. |
4 | | Every Time I Die Ex Lives
Revival Mode
The most understated song on this list and the one I like the most out of those they have done. Really like the lyrics and vocals. |
3 | | Every Time I Die From Parts Unknown
The Great Secret
Now this is how you start an album. It almost jump scares you, with Keith telling you to do something aw-ful to your head and it doesn’t let up until it’s over. You just know you’re in for one hell of a ride. |
2 | | Every Time I Die Low Teens
Just As Real But Not As Brightly Lit
Probably has my favourite breakdown they have ever down. It’s so heavy and noisy that it almost knocked me over. |
1 | | Every Time I Die Radical
AWOL
This has everything I want in an Every Time I Die song. It has multiple heavy and catchy riffs, awesome one-liners, a super tight rhythm section and of course a breakdown at the end. |
