Killswitch Engage & Times of Grace ranked

Figured I could rank them together as both projects are so intertwined
1Killswitch Engage
Alive Or Just Breathing

4.9
One of the most important albums in my life. Came at the perfect time to show me a sick new style of metal
2Killswitch Engage
The End Of Heartache

4.8
First saw the band just before this dropped and was still sour on them losing Jesse. I was wrong to think they couldn’t replace him
3Killswitch Engage
As Daylight Dies

4.7
Was blown away by arms of sorrow. Me and my housemates played this album endlessly
4Times of Grace
The Hymn of a Broken Man

4.5
Everything I wanted in a Jesse return to KSE. Every song a heartfelt banger. I met Jesse, Joel and Matt Bachand at Dallas airport as I was coming home from my honeymoon. Had a chat got a photo then later was at the airport shop counter and turned away when Jesse behind me said “don’t forget you neck pillow” which I’d left on the counter. Me and the wife still say don’t forget you neck pillow every now and then ha
5Times of Grace
Songs of Loss and Separation

4.0
I think Jesse’s voice suits Times of Grace more than KSE if that makes sense, with the powerful ballad singing that morphs into screams as the emotions rise.
6Killswitch Engage
Killswitch Engage (Remastered Edition)

3.9
I listen to the remaster and just kills. A new band with new ideas at the right time in history.
7Killswitch Engage
Disarm the Descent

3.7
KSE2 era begins with a fresh new sound and a bunch of memorable songs
8Killswitch Engage
Incarnate

3.6
Solid sequel to DtD but with slightly diminishing returns
9Killswitch Engage
Atonement

3.5
Really another consistent release that has better sound than 2 previous but very front loaded
10Killswitch Engage
This Consequence

3.3
Another KSE album that initially has great promise but ultimately has limited staying power
11Killswitch Engage
Killswitch Engage (Special Edition)

2.5
Actually starts strong but fades very quickly
