'Tones, ranked

The evil alt account with their bad opinions has returned-- this time with their most controversial picks yet! Will MxL0 survive the comments? Find out next time on Sputnik Balls Z!! Also, I haven't listened through Adrenaline totally, so it won't be ranked this time. Oh, and believe it or not I don't 100% despise this band.
1Deftones
Around the Fur

Their best without a question. 8.5/10

Very raw and emotional album. Great textures and interesting melodies. 8/10

Diamond Eyes

One of their freshest albums. They seemed really energized here and really seem to want to do something slightly different, but still keep their sound. Their best atmospherics, and Sextape may very well be their best track. However, some choruses are pretty lacking, and some music theory decisions could've been stronger.

Koi No Yokan

Love how atmospheric this album is. Leathers hits hard, Swerve City is really fun, Rosemary is great as well. However, this kind of metal isn't really my style. I can appreciate it, but I can't love it. It gets a little repetitive occasionally as well. 7/10

Saturday Night Wrist

Unsure of my opinion totally, but 6/10 or 6.5/10 seems right.
6Deftones
White Pony

Hot take. Some stuff is really, really good (Change, Digital Bath, Elite, Teenager), other stuff is okay, and the rest is pretty forgettable. A very mixed experience for me. 6/10
However, this might be better than SNW, not sure yet.

Gore

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
bad production and really dry. 4/10

Ohms

If you count up all the dots, you get roughly the same number as the amount of times Deftones use the same kind of chorus and song progression on this album!
Ok, in all seriousness this is an extremely repetitive and one note album. Guitarwork is seriously lacking and the entire thing is very forgettable. I can get why people like White Pony and Koi, but I don't get why people like this. 3/10
